Standing together for a better 91st house district

Cliff is married to the lovely Kecia Brothers Hayes, and they have two daughters, Felecia and Tonecia.  Felecia is a former USAA All-America track athlete, record holder, and a two-time graduate of The College of Wi. He also serves as  Chairman of the Joint Commission on Technology and Science and the Joint Commission on Health Care.  By vocation, Cliff has over 30 successful experience in Technology management. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, where she was a writer for the Technology/Business Review Journal and a member of the Trial Team.  She now works as an attorney for a national corporate law firm in Maryland.
